This is probably something right up Sawestea's alley.Got some infusion today and before taking noticed it said to take 2 to 5 hours before any medication. Said if taken sooner will neutralize medicine. When i get up in the morning have to take allergy medicine , one 81 mg aspirin, Lipitor for cholesterol, Celebrex for arthritus in shouder. Like to get it out of the way , then work out, take a whey protein shake or muscle milk and go about my business.After reading about the benifits of infusion wanted to drop the whey and take the infusion. Now i'm wondering if i should take back.Also says drink 16 ounces of water with it. I hate water but realize it's benifits. Should i be concerned about the medicine aspect of it. Don't like to wait all day to take it as i'm afraid i would forget.

i guess a short question would be,does anyone know if you can take right after taking medicine ir will this neutralize the meds? Also does it taste as bad as they say and have to drink 2 quarts to disolve in your stomach.

Sorry about that...I used to work for SAN as an online rep for bodybuilding.com. As far as medication is concerned, are you suppose to take it with food or on an empty stomach?

Your workouts should keep fats to a minimum. You need to fully saturate your muscles, and fats will slow the process. Whey protein is great for when you wake up (avoid catabolism), pre/post workout. Any other time of the day, muscle milk/Infusion would be great. Personally, I think Infusion is superior to MM, though, MM is far cheaper. Nutritionally, Infusion is better, but MM has a myriad of great tasting drinks.

You should be drinking water throughout the day. Your muscles are water based. You need to be drinking one gallon+ a day, bar none. If you don't like the taste, add lemon to it or buy sugar free crystal light.

Take Infusion four hours after your WO and/or before bedtime.

Sound like the plan. I can take med's with or without fodd. I really like the proties whey mix i have and will continue taking before working out and then early afternoon before Golf take a sans infusion mix. I love the propel drinks or crystal lite so i will mix a gallon of than in throughout the day. I'm not trying to get bigger or stronger but at my age, i draw a line in the sand and tell myself to maintain that weight and strength thoughout the year. So far , it's working.:dancefool
